The enquiry sheet on our contact page runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type is sent to us unless you choose to email it. When you email us, we receive your email address, name and whatever you include in the message. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Why we use it

We use email content to reply to your question (legitimate interests) and server logs to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interests). We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising profiles.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Server logs are kept for no longer than 90 days unless needed to investigate a security issue.

Your rights
